I am a classically trained brand marketer with a disruptive, digital- and social-first approach to integrated strategy. I operate at the intersection of analytical rigor and creative intuition—where qualitative and quantitative insights inform strategic direction, and storytelling translates into high-impact execution at scale. I bring a hybrid mindset that balances business outcomes with cultural relevance, ensuring brands not only perform, but resonate.
Most recently, I served as VIce President of Social Media and Digital Reputation at Caesars Entertainment, where I led enterprise strategy and execution across more than 50 U.S. destinations, Caesars Digital products, including Caesars Sportsbook and Caesars Palace Online Casinoand the award-winning Caesars Rewards loyalty program. In this role, I drove innovation across social media marketing, influencer strategy, customer care, and reputation management within a highly regulated environment, while establishing governance frameworks and operational standards that scaled across the organization. My leadership contributed to high-profile, culturally relevant campaigns, including a record-setting, organic-first Super Bowl LVIII initiative in partnership with the NFL and key Las Vegas stakeholders.
Prior to Caesars, I held leadership roles at MGM Resorts International, where I oversaw social engagement, brand channel strategy, and reputation management across a global portfolio of brands. Over the course of my 14+ year career, I have built and transformed social and content ecosystems for some of the world’s most recognized companies, spanning agency, in-house, and brand environments. My experience includes strategic leadership for hospitality and tourism organizations such as Travel Nevada and Hakkasan Group, as well as globally recognized brands including Sony Electronics, Nintendo of America, and ABC Entertainment.
I currently serve on the Lee Business School Corporate Advisory Board at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Customer Advisory Board at Sprout Social, where I contribute to the advancement of marketing innovation and the future of social media as a business driver.
